Julie Jerbic is our General Manager and heads the Help Desk Team. Julie’s attention to detail is impeccable and she takes great pride in making sure every conference registration setup is a total success for both the delegate and the conference convener. Julie specialises in academic and association conferences, with complex abstract programs.

Samantha brings with her over 10 years’ experience in managing conferences and events. After completing her diploma of Events Management in London, she returned to Australia and began working on the Gold Coast with some iconic companies including SkyPoint and RSPCA.
